As a 14 year member of the Mindful Movement community, I attend a variety of classes regularly.  All of the classes are

taught by skilled instructors, who strive to integrate body, mind, and spirit awareness.  I came to yoga at the age of 60.  I am physically stronger and have better balance because of my participation in Yoga .  Yoga also helps me cope during times of stress.  I am forever grateful I found Mindful Movement and Malissa Whited.
