Mindful Movement is a therapeutic-based Yoga Studio, dedicated to the beautiful teachings of Yoga, meditation and other mindful-based practices. During an hour class, we will explore the body...physically, mentally, and spiritually... in hopes of stripping away some of the chaos that life throws at us. Too often, we go about our day, unintentionally ignoring important foundations for health. Things like: mindful breathing, physical activity, and nutrition. Yoga teaches us to be conscious & intentional toward these foundations and more.

All of our teachers have over 200 hours of training, with a deep understanding of the practice.
